State Specific Question About: MARYLAND (MD)

I would like to start a property management company. What type of insurance rider coverages does the home owner need to cover the manager. Should the home owner add my name or company to the risk property insurance.

You may have all this covered, but do you have your real estate brokers license? Also, I think you'll need Errors and Omissions insurance along with Directors and Officers insurance. Though this one is above me, so do your homework. --68.179.xxx.xx
