State Specific Question About: ARIZONA (AZ)

I am in a situation where I must request that each of the tenants in my mobile home park terminate their leases, with 30 days notice of course. All leases are month to month, so there should not be any problems there... my question is in there is a template for such a letter.

Thank you. --72.201.xx.xxx

you are not asking them, you are telling them that YOU are terminating.

if they do not comply voluntarily, you may need proper AZ legal notice in order to pursue eviction

Do you own the mobile homes AND the land or just the land? "Mobile" homes haven't really been "mobile" in a long time and may present a legitimate hardship on a tenant/owner. Some Judges have ordered stays on such short term terminations... --76.108.xxx.xxx
