State Specific Question About: WASHINGTON (WA)

How much notice must a landlord give a tenant that the property is going to be put up for sale? Also, how much notice for a showing?

WA notice info:

no notice needed for emergencies. 1 day notice required for showing property to potential buyers, renters, etc...2 days notice for all other reasons.
