State Specific Question About: VIRGINIA (VA)

What is the advantage of signing a three year lease to the landlord? Can there be a section added that ups the rent by $50 every year? Thanks in advance. --174.50.xx.xx

There is really no advantage and yes $50 per month increase for 2nd and 3rd year should be OK unless rent is $2,000 or more --205.188.xxx.xx
