Try prepay fullterm rent, this is how I do student rentals, if they do not get along then they have to find someone to buy them out and give me a new phone number, they pay all utilities of course. I am looking into providing a wireless router to make laptop easier for them, I would only have to get access to change password once a year. --68.76.xxx.xxx

i wouldnt increase in winter.slow season.hard to find replacement tennie if they move.im trying to do that now.not much tennie interest.the only 1 who applied had been placed for collection 12 times.next batter. --208.58.x.xx
