Hire an attorney * it is fairly straight forward in VA; however, it can be delayed if you don't know what you are doing..hire an attorney who knows and DOES evictions --64.12.xxx.xx |

are u sure u have to evict them?might cost u 4 or 5 k each by the time u are thru.i would keep them if they pay rent on time.is there more to this story?if i had to get them out i would give them a couple of months and a couple of hundred for expenses.if its a 1 bed we could get a couple of guys and a pickup truck.half a days work.i would do it in warmwer weather when there are apts available. --208.58.x.xx |

Hire a lawyer AND learn VA LL/Tenant laws. Far as I know, one evicts inherited tenants the same way one evicts other tenants. --66.32.xxx.xxx |
