WELL THERE IS A PRESCRIBED METHOD AND TIME IN THE ORE ADMIN RULES.. MIN 6YRS..

AND YOU NEED TO ASK THEM IF THEY WANT IT SHREADED OR RETURNED...

HOWEVER IRS MAY HAVE A LONGER TIME...

MANY TAX ATT,. SAY AS LONG AS YOU CAN... FOR RECORD KEEPING..

10 YRS IS MINE... AND ALL SCANNED AND KEPT OFF SITE.. AND ENCRIPTED...

Why would the IRS care if you keep Tenants SSN's ? They are merely your customers , not emplyees. The only reason for Tenant SSN is for Identification and information verification. --70.248.xx.xx
