That's odd. Charles is from CO, but I see "State Specific Question About: KENTUCKY (KY)" in the message.
Anyway, CO is big so maybe if charles replies with a county in CO, it may help.
it's just a suggestion.

Charles, whether you are in CO or KY or anywhere else, honest property managers that look out for their client/the owner--are very hard to find. They all have great promises but you need to keep after then like children. Question everything, don't ever asume they know their job and are doing it! Mostly they will be keeping the tenant quiet and happy by constantly your money that is at their dosposal. You will pay for LOTS of little unnecessary stuff that you willnot find out about till later when its too late. Don't get complacent--call them on everything you are not happy about! I really with you good luck. It is horrible to get taken by the very people who are supposed to be looking out for your interests. --140.140.xx.x |
