I've never dealt with an eviction, but I believe you have to give them a three day pay or quit notice (that's in the link I gave you), and I believe when that three days is up, you can file for eviction. --66.228.xxx.xx |

if its your first eviction get landlord tenant atty.in my experience once i serve them they usually pay.i serve on the 5th but it depends on your state laws.try to get a copy of them.lots of useful info there.try atty for first one.dont mess up things. --208.58.x.xx |
