State Specific Question About: MISSOURI (MO)

How long is a judgment good for? It was issued in 2/09/2009 and Past managment never went after them. I dont know if i can now? --173.21.xxx.xxx

You are fortunate on this one. Most judgments in Missouri are good for an astonishing TEN years. And they can be renewed then if you go back to court and know where the person is to have them served.

However, having a judgment doesn't mean you will ever collect on it. I usually have had the most luck a year or two after a judgment, as I can then catch the debtor unaware - provided I know where she works or banks. --64.12.xxx.xx

Christmas time is the best time to serve a judgment, you always know where to find them a pro sup, when they come home.

Everyone seem to come home for the food and the gifts... --68.57.xxx.x
