State Specific Question About: OREGON (OR)

Has anyone heard of any changes to the eviction process in oregon.We havent been though this nightmare in about 5 years.The last time it took us about two months and $300 Also this time we think we will go after the people for the unpaid rent and court cost .What I dont understand though is how does the judge get the low lifes to pay up???Any thoughts on any of this? --209.183.xx.xx

Guess what ? The judge awards you a judgement and then it's up to you to get the dead beat to pay up. Get yourself a copy of " Small claims Court How to collect the Money You've Won " , By Jim Martin . Go to the Books section on this site. It's a good reference. --70.245.xxx.xxx
