Does anyone have a standard list of charges for damages to the property for determining damages that will generally be ok with the judge? .doc?

Don't have time to do all of that. Too many properties. Just need a standard form the property manager can use to determine charges. My cost will not be the same as my maintenance people get paid a daily rate. Something the tenant signs at move-in with the walkthrough that will stand up in front of a judge.
IE: Screw Hole Repair $15, Faucet $35, etc.
