State Specific Question About: MARYLAND (MD)
Dear sirs,
I am a landlord but a friend asked me if I can manage his property. I accepted. I am looking for a property manager contract that I can have him sign to thus make things legal and official where I can also be protected. Where can I find a copy of a contract I could use for this purpose?
Thank you,
Leon ALtuna

are you a licensed RE broker or an attorney? --65.127.xxx.xxx |

You'll need a license if you plan to be legal and you can forget about protection. You are responsible for whatever you do if insurance doesn't pay. --204.155.xx.xxx |

You can not do - even if it is in writing. You need a REAL ESTATE LICENSE --205.188.xxx.xx |
