Wondering if anyone has a recommendation for a LANDLORD attorney if the time ever comes that we would need one

We can give name of attorney we wouldn't recommend by trial and error. (Ha)

If you are in the KC area, then I would suggest Bob Wise. I do all of my own legal work. However, if I ever were to hire someone for landlord/tenant matters he is the one I would use. --64.12.xxx.xx
