State Specific Question About: SOUTH CAROLINA (SC)

I live out of state - and have had a relative who lives close to my Myrtle Beach duplex handle the month to month duties of collecting rent / depositing checks / handling maintenance / Move out clean up / Screening new renters / etc.....

She has gotten very ill and can no longer handle this - I am looking to sell - but in the mean time - I have had difficulty finding a company or another trusted person to perform these duties.

Any thoughts?
