Hi everyone,
I have not received my rent yet from Sunflower property management company in Colorado Springs, CO. Our contract states that the rent money received will be mailed out to the owner one month later, but it have been closer to 5 weeks everytime.
It is end of 5 weeks today, going into 6th week tomorrow and I did not get the rent money yet or even statements which is usually recived on first week of the month. I have numberous bills to pay and I think that to wait almost 1 and 1/2 months before seeing the rent money is too long. In fact, they are holding on to two months worth of rent right now.
I believe that my other PM in the past did not hold on to rent money for so long. What do you think? --97.116.xxx.xx |

Sounds like your having to do with your PM that you didnt want to do with your property...be a BABYSITTER..
Call em up...see what gives, site the clause of timely payment to you as well as your statements..and why is this not being done?
Get tough on them,they know they can get away with it (as many tenants do) and take their time, as they also know you will not call them?
Good Luck...might start looking for another PM company?

I pay some owners on 10th of the current mo and some on the 30th. You need to CALL and talk to the BROKER and indicate you want your money no later than the 5th and ask if they can ACH it DIRECTLY to your bank
Sunflower has a very poor website that is under construction.

I'd check real close to see if this outfit may be on the verge of going tits up. If that's not the problem I'd be sending them a letter to the effect that they are not living up to their end of the contract and if they can't do better immeadiately I'll be in the market for someone who better appreciates their customers. --70.248.xx.xx |
