Has the rent been paid? Is there any evidence of them moving out? Have you even called them to inquire?

from what your writing--- not just no heck -- no way.
How have you determined the tenant moved out-- just because the power is off?
If we did that every time the utilities were turned off-- i could enter almost every home we manage-- if not now at least sometime during the lease term.
give us more info. Have you been there, called them, talked to neighbors or emergency contact numbers from their rental application?
need much more info. --74.184.xxx.xx |

Did they return the key yet? Post a 24hr and look on the countertop or a drawer. Photo the unit and prepare the accounting statement deducting for damages. --99.160.xx.x |
