You can always deduct. The real question is, will it stand up in court?
It depends entirely on your state laws, and local enforcement.
We have never charged for our own labor. But we have many times charged for the labor of Son, Inc., or Daughter LLC. Perfectly legal. And if your kids are between 7 and 17, tax free up to $4,750/year. --141.129.x.xx |
