My tenant recently got married, how do I ammend lease agreement to include tenant's new spouse as occupant of our rental? Do I re-write a new lease agreement and ammend the date it is to take effect w/ new spouse added as occupant? --70.95.xx.xx |

you don't have to be all lawyerly.
drag out the original copies and write in the new name with a reference to "joint and several responsibility", change a few other personal pronoun references and your done.
personally I'd draft a new agreement altogether with a few other changes reflecting what I had learned in the interim and start all over.
