I have been trying to find a form to evict but everyone says free and it is not free.

Yes, they had me go to the site to download an Unlawful Detainer form, when I called back with questions, they then told me that I was not supposed to post that. I had to post a NOTICE and they couldn't tell me how to do that. They were not supposed to. --173.18.xxx.xxx |

That would be great, I just want to get it right. If I post it on the door I am supposed to have a witness to sign that I posted it on the door. I have tried to talk to him but he just avoids me. We do have a contract and he has defaulted. Could you email it to me? museheart @ mchsi.com?

Save yourself time and money and hire an eviction attorney. Get one that specializes in evictions.
Watch every step the attorney does.
Next time you will know what to do and what forms to use.
