State Specific Question About: VIRGINIA (VA)

Has anyone had any experience in Virginia with condo conversion?

Thanks in advance!

Don't know Virginia stuff. But I would tell you there is almost no money available for condo conversions today. Condos are nearly a toxic asset for most banks. Wait until the market recovers- might be 5 or more years out. I have a busted condo- sold 5 of 16 units. Having to rent the remaining units and plan to hold on. Haven't made a profit in 4 years. --24.21.xxx.xxx

While I understand that the condo market might be dead now, I'd still like to see some info on condo conversion, especially in MA for me.
