You need to find out your local rooming house rules, there is only a little overlap of renting a room versus taking a deposit and rent for a place where the tenant has sole possession of the place. I did not jump into state rules because my niece rents a room in Griffin GA and the city has a guidebook that says these rules do not apply outside city limits to other areas of the state. --76.241.xxx.xxx |
