State Specific Question About: INDIANA (IN)
Anyone successful at refinancing investment properties at these great rates.. Been full time 20+ years have perfect credit-never missed a payment, only owe 60% LTV or less, have 15 loans and other free clear properties. I show a loss on taxes - even though I make money(take advantage of IRS rules) Good Landlords are loosing properties here in Indiana- if they could re-finance with these rates be less foreclosures and better neighborhoods.
