How do I report good tenants to credit reporting agencies? --98.220.xxx.xx |

This is the bad thing about credit reporting and fico. the only things that tend to show up are problems and we are left to "infer" that those without bad stuff reported must therefore be good credit risks.
There is a correlation there but sure isn't any causation.

There are other things you can do for vacating good tenants...
One thing I have offered to do and done, is to offer to them to use me as a personal reference...
Several have taken up on my offer...not just future LLs, but for jobs and other things...
One time, I was interviewed in person by a Govt. Security Checker Outer...very intense interview...and judging by the questions and reaction by the checker...my helpful and good responses probably enable my ex-tenant to get a sweet job... --70.109.xx.xxx |

Sign up for a monthly reporting service. Ontime and late payments will be reported to the agency. --70.22.xxx.xxx |

James,
Do you have any monthly reporting agencies that I can check out on-line? I didn't know these existed and would likely greatly incentivise the current tennat base.
Thanks! --151.204.xxx.xxx |
