I charge $40 which are my actual costs for the 3rd party reports. If I charged for my time, it would be more like $100. It takes a while to thoroughly process an application, including getting landlord and employer references. I consider it an investment, of course not much time should be spent on a poor applicant. --98.247.xx.xxx
