State Specific Question About: ARIZONA (AZ)
My tenants are at the end of their lease. Do I need them to resign another lease through my agent, or can I have them sign an addendum extending the lease for an additional year (only dates to change). What do you all suggest? How much should I pay my agent to draft another contract, if that's the better way to go? --207.200.xxx.xx |

Either way will work...I always used a one page addendum citing the original lease start date...and ocasionally added new terms/clauses that I have picked up from new ideas that I have learned on this site...less paper to print...
I also used the new terms to update my master lease at the same time...for new rentals... --71.168.xx.xxx |

I lost all my word files at home due to a decrepid computer glitch...so I'll give you a short snyopsis...
Lease Addendum
This is to ammend and extend the lease between LL and Tenants (by names)with original lease dates of xx...and to extend the term to xx date with xx rental rate...
Additional clauses...list them...
Signatures...
