State Specific Question About: NEVADA (NV)

Do you have a reference stating the terms (start and stop dates) are required for a Property Management contract? Specifically, is an agreement negotiated in 2002 having a 3 year term still valid? It does not contain a renewal clause.

Thanks,

Bill --24.234.xxx.xx

i would say you have an implied month to month contract...., assuming that disbursments and reporting occurs monthly.... if bi-weekly.., then it would be bi-weekly...

what is the basis for the question? give more details... --75.181.xxx.xxx

Look to the contract. Usually these terms are all negotiable. --68.227.xxx.xxx
