State Specific Question About: KANSAS (KS)
We sold a rental property on Escrow to a real estate agent and he has been late on all his payments. He is now 3 1/2 months in the arrears. He said he would sign it back to us. what form do I use or what information to I need to protect ourselfs. How do I notify the 2 tenants to not pay him anymore rent. --68.103.xxx.xxx |

Connie, I don't want to sound harsh, but I don't understand the concept of "selling a property on escrow." I doubt that is a legitimate way to describe the transaction.
Without knowing the actual legal transaction, I can't give any advice, other than to see a local real estate attorney. This sounds like an important enough transaction to justify the expense of at least a consultation with knowledgeable counsel.
