State Specific Question About: GEORGIA (GA)
How can I report the current tenant's unpaid rent to the credit bureaus? I know I can use the "Report Bad Tenant" for the former tenants. But how about the current tenant? --67.32.xx.xxx |

So, they are late? Have you started the eviction process? Or you just want to report that they are late all the time?
If it is unpaid and they are NOT catching back up (i.e. not just late), then you have other things to worry about besides reporting lateness -- start the eviction process and, after you have a judgment against them for what they owe and they are out, then you can worry about getting that judgment recorded so that it stays with them in the future.
If you just mean late all the time, but otherwise paid up -- then just enjoy the late fees that you should be charging because, in general, no, you can't report that lateness to try to get it onto their credit report.
