State Specific Question About: TENNESSEE (TN)

Tenant was on a 6 mth lease, from first month didn't pay his rent in full or on time and still owes part of his security deposit. Have a tape recorded agreement with tenant saying he would make weekly payments to catch up or he would move out 5 days after first missed payment. No payment was ever made and have been jumping through hoops to get rid of this bad tenant. Tenant is extremely volatile and intimidating... any suggestions? I want him gone! Is there any difference if it's a fully furnished apartment? --4.229.xxx.xxx

He paid first month and part of the deposit. It was agreed he would pay the rest of the deposit in installments along with his rent. --4.229.xxx.xx
