State Specific Question About: SOUTH DAKOTA (SD)

Can anyone recommend a good lender for an investment property loan in Rapid City?

I'm looking to purchase a duplex and SFH as a bundle on the same tax lot. Does anyone know if I can do this in one mortgage?
