We purchased a condo this Spring. It was a bank foreclosure... While sorting through junk mail at the Condo, we found what looks like some type of refund check addressed to former owners who were victims of the foreclosure at that very property some time ago.
Is there a way to find them if we only know their names and nothing else?!

I'd return it to the post office. --69.110.xxx.xxx |

Either return it directly to the post office or write "No longer live here" on the envelope and put it back in the mailbox for the post office to pick up. --174.42.xxx.xxx |

What is a "victim of foreclosure"?
Most people who are foreclosed have it done because they don't pay their bills. If there is a victim it would be the bank or other company that financed their house. --24.136.xxx.xx |
