Some of the counties have forms available at the court house or have forms available on line.
Here is a link to Jackson County, which is the 16th circuit court.

If the tenant owes rent, you can use the landlord's petition. However, if the tenant pays up the day of the trial, you can't evict.
Another big issue is service. Many persons use a private process server. If you use the sheriff's office (the default choice) in my area, you are apt to get a person who makes only a feeble attempt for service.
If your main concern is possession rather than money, you file the extra paperwork for posting. If a tenant is posted and not served, you would have to file separate action to collect money.
