State Specific Question About: SOUTH DAKOTA (SD)
what is the legal process in the state of south dakota to evict someone from property? to explain the situation a little better my boyfriend owns a mobile home he is selling for contract for deed. they are in excess of 60 days late with their monthly payments. we have sent them a 30 day notice to vacate termination of contract for deed certified mail. this notice was notarized as well. they refuse to accept the letter and continually text message my boyfriend asking whats in the letter. they were sent one earlier this year so they know whats in it. but will that notice be active or do we have to have someone serve them a new 30 day notice? --216.249.xxx.xxx |

Get an RE attorney involved, but from the sounds of it James is right. Maybe cheeper to pay them to move. Only pay them after they are out. --75.160.xxx.xxx |
