State Specific Question About: ARIZONA (AZ)

In order to be in compliance w/Fed law of Equal Housing Opportunity and ad to specific group. Can I include the following in my ad

Question #1

Can i include a company that close by the rental place in the ad? For example:

"Super convenience location: near by major malls,restaurants and Intel"

Can I include "Intel" in the ad?

Question 2

Can I include what school district in my the ad?
