Is there a decent collection agency in NV that I can use to collect rents owed by skip outs or tenants that vacated the property? Preferably 25-33% fee's and that can trace the tenant with only a social security number. --72.193.xxx.xx

I have never had any luck with collection agencies in the almost 35 yrs ive been in this business. I use young lawyers fresh out of school who are hungy & trying to get their practice going. I pay the same commission, 1/3 on anything they collect plus filing fees (& summons) Collections agencies just send out letters, which never get themoney, court does. --72.26.xx.xx
