Cathie as your probably aware lenders are tightening up around CT for NOO Buildings. I've been working with TD Banknorth lately, they have some good loans for investors and still offer helocs up to 75% LTV which is the best i've been able to find locally.

If you are a very good investment risk with great credit, both Wells Fargo and 5/3rd are giving out loans right and left.
I have gotten recent duplex loans from both. I haven't done ant 4-6 plexes lately, but I used a local bank for most of those loans.
