State Specific Question About: VIRGINIA (VA)
Has anyone had any luck with a loan modification for investment property or primary? I called my lender and they said they do loan mods on investment property. However, you have to fill out a hardship letter and provide bank statements. I am afraid that if they see my savings acct. they will say u aren't having hardship. But I don't want to exhaust my savings on this depreciating home. Would it be wise to take out my savings and wait 2 months and then apply for the modification. I don't want to do a short sale.

loan modifications do not affect tax payer. borrower still on the hook. I'm ok with helping someone keep paying on an adjusted schedule. --97.94.xxx.xx |
