Please be more specific about what the problem is.

There are many landlord-tenant issues not addressed by Missouri law. In those cases common sense usually prevails.

I usually try to give 24 hours notice, except in the case of an emergency. If it involves a repair person other than myself, I let the tenant know that I can only give an approximate time, such as between 10 and noon, that it may depend on what the person encounters at an earlier service call.

I rarely go to an occupied place before 9 or after 5, unless the tenant and I agree on it.
