State Specific Question About: WISCONSIN (WI)
the tenant has been late or 1-2 months behind on the monthly rent payment- partical payments - and 100 excuses.
when given a 5 day notice to remedy of vacate and the tenant does not remedy what is the next step to have the tenants removed or evicited from the property? --64.201.xx.xx |

I'd like to think that you already know the next step is filing for eviction. I'd strongly suggest using an eviction-savvy attorney, then watch everything s/he does and ask a lot of questions. If you want to try this yourself, go to your local clerk of courts office and complete the necessary forms. Just remember that a simple mistake is usually enough to have the case dismissed. Eviction or other removal? What's the lease say? Any idea? That's the only and final word. Evictment papers work well; smart & final. Eviction wrecks people tho. credit report, name on sh*t lists. Advise them narrowly what they need to do to keep the crap eliminated! I've had a bankruptcy with lean of sunthing; and a departure for other environs.
