What do you want the software to do/help you do?
Methinks that sometimes some seek the ultimate software when a simple Excel program might result in less time spent in data entry...and pen and paper records... --68.236.xxx.xxx |

There is Landlordmax or Quicken - you could try out their trial versions; google for more info - I used Quicken Home and Business 2002 for awhile, then went to Landlordmax. --68.7.xxx.xxx |

i currently use excel it has been fine. But i have several spread sheets and i dont have them all linked together. I have to enter info more than one place. Another one of my hot spots are. I want to put a small laptop and printer in my truck. When i collect and payment i want the program to print out late fees depending on a partial payment at any time during the month. I currently do it by hand and i am to nice most the time and dont add the late fees. So i want a computer to blame the fees on. --96.35.xxx.xxx |

PROMAS....I local PM could not decide which software so change to SO she has 2 full time staff STILL using EXCEL for almost 500 units - she could use PROMAS, get rid of 2 full-time and hire part-time to do EVERYTHING and MORE than what is being done now.
Software is KEY!!! --205.188.xxx.x |

If you need to calculate late fees do you have a percentage cap, most courts will not accept continuously climbing fees, cap at 18 percent with 10bux a day this way you late fee is how many days late plus process server plus original rental fee, no complex math just addition. --76.241.xxx.xxx |

I am not into the dedicated software, I can't help on that.
I use Quicken for my financial things, set up to meet my needs. I also have forms on Word, also set up how I want them. And I have a very small number of things on Excel. --64.12.xxx.x |
