With over 200 SFH I use MS money..
simple.. and you can d/load or buy just about anyhwere if your computer or s/ware breaks..
ya don't have to renew it.. and the trick is
to discover how you want to make it arranged
after 20years it is just easy

I've been using the Quicken Rental Property Mgr now for 2 years. It has everything broken down for the tax man.
There was at one time a trial version--google it and see what comes up or just pick it up at the store. I believe it was $90 --74.249.xx.xx |
