Sherwinn Williams was good in Ohio, then Glidden and the Dutch boy. What problem are you trying to solve? --76.241.xxx.xxx |

I am in KC, so I can't help you in the SL area. However, it would help the landlords there if you could give a little more information.
Did you get a "fishing" letter from an attorney on behalf of a tenant asking for a big settlement, alleging lead poisoning? Are you actually being sued for alleged lead poisoning?
Did you forget to comply with the regulation about disclosure and the pamphlet?

they are referring to disclosure about a pamphlet. And at this point it is not merely a fishing expedition. If you have any names or suggestions I would be more than happy to talk over the phone or in person. --97.91.xxx.xxx |

I guess I'm assuming Dan didn't give them the lead paint pamphlet and disclosure prior to move in. --170.29.x.xx |

No Atty advice but:
Better late than never. Give them the notice now (bring a witness). They will probably refuse to sign for it, but at least your tried. If this goes to court, this will count in your favor.

Send it in mail via the green card, come-on we have been giving these things out over 10 years now, at least they will have to sign for it. I have no idea the penalty, but I would advise the judge it was truly a mistake and like putting new batteries in the garage door opener, you simply overlooked handing it out of the paper pile. --99.160.xx.x |
