Does NC law allow for garnishing wages of a tenant for unpaid rent once a judgement has been rendered favoring the landlord? --65.190.x.xx |

It would seem that tenants would respond to a small monthly payment, but infortunately they seem to know the judgement has no teeth, They just ignore it. --65.190.x.xx |

i find those that actually need a car or home loan come knocking about 3-4 years down the road...
if you find they bought a home..., get the judgement recorded as a lein against it. --75.181.xxx.xxx |
