If they have no rental agreement, they are month to month. Give them the choice of signing your rental agreement or a 30 day notice. --208.94.xxx.xxx

Dear Tenant’s

As you may already know, I have purchased the property you are renting. I

am writing to you by way of introduction so that you will know who I am and will have some idea of what to expect in the coming months. (I plan to stop by within the next week or so to introduce myself personally.)

You will need to change where you send your rent payments. Please make your next and all future rent payments to.

Rent can be paid in the form of a personal check, money order or cashier’s

check. It is payable on the due date and is considered late thereafter. If you

have to be late for any reason, please contact me as soon as possible.

Late rent can result in the institution of eviction proceedings.

I'm sure you're wondering about your security/cleaning deposit. I will be

responsible for returning it to you. however, to ensure proper credit, could you please do something for me? Fill out the information requested below and forward it, along with a copy of your old rental agreement, to me. (I use a different rental agreement and soon will be forwarding a copy for you.)

if you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to call me

at: . if not I look forward to meeting with you in the very near future.

Sincerely:

--172.129.xxx.xxx
