Hi Nina.. and thanks for the question.

Looking in the archives you will find a lot of answers to this question... and many opinions..

So after doing Prop. Mgt for many years..

with Hundreds of properties.. my method is:

Use the std software that comes with most Windows apps.

Excel.. exceedingly versitile..

MS Money.. easy to use and can be configured to handle props..

MS Word.. files by prop or year..

The overall incentive it that if the software fails.. or you crash..

you can get new software easily..

No sending away or paying yearly fees..
