It depends on your state laws. But, even if you're allowed to ask for all 3 it's not a good idea to ask if nobody else is asking for it. If all other landlords are just asking for first and security, then you will price yourself out of the market if you ask for first, last and security. --98.227.xxx.xxx |

i checked your nh laws at top of the screen but got nothing.in mass we are allowed to ask for all 3 but i only ask for first and last,softie that i am.it depends on competition as Brad says --208.58.x.xx |
