State Specific Question About: GEORGIA (GA)
Hi everyone, I was wondering if anyone knows where I can find a pre- occupancy condition checklist?
Thanks everyone.

I like to take pictures/video of the unit, inside and out, every square inch, also. --168.168.xx.xxx |

When I take the pictures, I start quietly and try to keep the new tenant in the pictures, ask the tenant a question in front of the open fridge door so she turns her head around and you can take her face to court if needed, good idea to have the front page of the newspaper on the counter too, prove the date of the move-in inspection being done by the tenant, I do not do video but I guess the same theme would apply, keep the tenant in there, from what I hear court does not want to consume video time, just flip thru the pictures - judge asks - is this you ma'm in front of the vanity and kitchen sink? - judgment for the plaintiff.
