State Specific Question About: COLORADO (CO)

My tenant has been servered with a 3 day notice her time was up 11/17/08 they are still there but in the process of moving tenant has been server with eviction 11/18/08. Q. How long do I have to wait before entering the property after tenant is gone I would like to have it ready 01/01/2009 --207.200.xxx.x

I don't know what your state says but if you have an active eviction I would assume you have to wait to enter the property until you've been given legal possession back by the court.

If you drop the eviction I would guess you would be legally able to enter when they return the keys to you, but you definitely need to find out for sure so you don't make a mistake. --173.51.xx.xx
