State Specific Question About: CONNECTICUT (CT)

I have a lease (aug 08 to jul 09) I need to break, need to put family into the apartment.

Where do I start? --76.127.xxx.xxx

Start by approaching the other party to the lease. Negotiate how many thousands of dollars you will give them to relinquish their lease and move.

That is what I would have to do. Your mileage may vary.

Don't think you can legally do this, as you said "I have a lease"...this is a legal document. How would you feel if the tenant just decided to move out of your rental and in with relatives. --68.9.xxx.xxx
